II. Job Openings
Position 1: Junior International Sales Assistant (2 openings)
Employment Type: Full‑time (open to 2025 and 2026 graduates)
Prepare and verify trade documents, coordinate workflow across departments, and ensure smooth task handovers with timely delivery.
Coordinate daily product photography, video editing, and website content updates.
Assist with sample management, product data translation, and information organization.
Perform additional administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor‘s degree or above.
Eligibility: Open to 2025 or 2026 graduates, as well as full‑time international students currently enrolled at Chinese universities (must hold a valid student visa).
Preferred Majors: English, Business English, International Economics and Trade, Cross‑border E‑commerce, or related fields.
Detail‑oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with international trade procedures is a plus.
Familiar with or willing to adopt AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepL, Grammarly) to support daily work. Able to design streamlined workflows that connect repetitive tasks — such as email drafting, document translation, and data organization — into efficient, semi‑automated processes to boost productivity.
International students will receive on‑site orientation and training upon joining.
After the training period, they may choose to work on‑site or remotely, depending on individual circumstances.
The company is able to provide visa sponsorship support for qualified international students with a clean criminal record.
Position 2: Senior Business Development Executive (2 openings)
Employment Type: Full‑time
Develop overseas markets, acquire new clients, and achieve sales targets.
Independently handle trade inquiries, quotations, commercial negotiations, and contract signing.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.
Monitor order progress and coordinate production, logistics, and after‑sales issues.
Collect and analyze market trends and competitive intelligence.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade, with comprehensive knowledge of the full trade process.
Education: Bachelor‘s degree or above. Majors in International Trade, English, or related fields are preferred.
Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of using English as a working language for seamless communication with international clients.
Professional Competence: Thorough understanding of trade regulations, customs clearance, international settlement, and logistics operations.
Soft Skills: Strong ability to work under pressure, with sharp market insight and excellent negotiation skills.
III. Compensation and Benefits
Salary: Competitive compensation within the industry.
Junior International Sales Assistant:
RMB 4,000 – 7,000/month
Senior Business Development Executive:
Base salary + performance-based incentives; negotiable based on experience
